THE GARDEN HOUSE

BUILT : 1885
LOCATION :  Milwaukee, WI

This addition reimagines an 1885 vernacular Victorian with spaces designed for both everyday living and gathering. An enlarged kitchen, pantry, hearth room, powder room, and screened porch transform the first floor, while a new primary suite, private parlor, and laundry bring added comfort and function upstairs - all while remaining sensitive to the character of the original home.
